my PHILOSOPHY

Simplicity guides my approach. Each class is a canvas, not pre-painted with fixed expectations, but ready to be crafted according to the unique needs of the day. I tune into my clients, absorbing their current state and aspirations, to tailor a session that offers a rewarding movement experience. Whether it’s to invigorate the day ahead or to usher in a period of relaxation, our practice is designed to energize and restore. Integral to our classes is a sequence of preparation, beginning with mindful breathing, self-awareness, and stretching, progressing to invigorating challenges and strength-building, and culminating in a soothing wind-down.

my journey

In 2009, I found my calling in the holistic world of Pilates, training with the renowned 'Body Control Pilates' in Europe. It wasn't long before I discovered that every body has its own unique story, a blend of physical and emotional journeys.

My path led me to work in a Physiotherapy Clinic, where I connected with individuals facing mobility challenges from injuries or surgeries. Seeking to deepen my impact, I trained with Madeline Black, an esteemed Pilates teacher and movement specialist. This experience was a turning point, shaping my unique teaching style.

I focus on understanding each person's movement patterns, believing that the key to effective Pilates is personalization. My approach goes beyond traditional methods, intertwining physical exercise with a deeper understanding of one's own body. This fusion is my signature — helping clients not only move but also connect and grow with every motion.

Welcoming all ages! I firmly believe in the importance of mobility throughout every stage of life. The notion of a 'one-size-fits-all' exercise is a myth I actively challenge. Variation is key in nurturing mindful movement. I delight in adding twists to familiar exercises, catching clients pleasantly off guard just when they think they’ve mastered it!

Fun is at the heart of my sessions. I foster a space where laughter and camaraderie are as integral as the exercises themselves. This creates a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, encouraging everyone to enjoy their journey without the fear of judgment. It's not just about moving; it's about relishing the process and embracing every moment with a light heart and a mindful approach.
