“Elizabeth’s pilates class is never boring. I have done a weekly session with her for about 5 years and she always makes the content varied, interesting and beneficial. I started attending as I had a back problem and have really appreciated the extent to which the sessions have helped my mobility and my recognition of areas that I need to work on. Elizabeth always makes you feel that you matter, never failing at the start of a session to check whether there are any health issues that she should be aware of and, if necessary, altering the content of the session to take account of what she is told. Find the Pilates classes which Elizabeth offers really help with lower back and joint problems.  I notice an immediate positive effect on my back after attending a session. I’ve found Pilates helps with maintaining my flexibility and balance too.  Important to me, as I get older, is work on my core muscles - hard sometimes but worth it.  Elizabeth gives clear instructions and guidance online and is a very encouraging teacher.”
